Re: PLEX Not authorized You do not have access to this server
I have the same issue, I've tried starting fresh with a new hard drive, clearing the cache, and reinstalling plex. Nothing seems to work
Re: PLEX Not authorized You do not have access to this server
1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Click "Settings" - "General", if your server is not authorized, you will see the "Claim Server" button. Click it and authorize.

"1. Clear your browser cache.

Cleared my browser cache.
Where am I clicking settings at?
The plex media server program has a link to "Learn about Plex NAS compatibility." or an Enter button at the bottom right. If I hit enter it takes me to a plex screen where it wants me to login to my plex account. And once I login using any method it loads the Not authorized screen.
On TOS I can find user settings and a control panel neither of which shows a claim server button
I have TOS version 4.2.41- and Plex Media Server ver. 1.29.0.6244

Please check whether your computer and TNAS are in the same network segment?

Re: PLEX Not authorized You do not have access to this server
They are both plugged into the same router and I don't have any separate segments set up

Have you try using another account to login?
