I'm trying to migrate my Plex library from PC to F5-221 followed by the plex website

Unfortunately, the F5-221 home folder seems not accessible via smb or sftp
Any alternative solution so that I can move my plex library to F5-221 /home/plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server ?

You can try the "File manager" with upload, find the app on TOS desktop.
