I am sorry but which one do I have to use on a F5-420
What is the difference of the Intel-64 bit and the ARMv8?

You need to look up what version of hardware powers your nas, either intel or arm and pick the appropriate version

It says Intel Celeron, so the x86_64 version. Correct?
