Updating to the latest Plex version deleted my whole plex server
Tried updating to Plex version 1.23.2.4656 today, the update succeeded, but in the process of updating it deleted my entire plex config folder including the plex database and all metadata. Not sure if it's recoverable, but I'm going to migrate off of Terra-Master to something else, this is entirely unacceptable. Thankfully the media is still present, but I have weeks of migrations and metadata regeneration in my future (after I purchase a non Terramaster nas)...

Thanks for the link, but as I said, my database was deleted. Entirely unacceptable.

Is it ok to let the engineer check it remotely to see whether the deleted database could be recovered?
