Would it be possible to fix the app update notifications? Personally, I think that we should receive an email when there is a new version of an app available, or at least a notification when we log into TOS, but at the very very least could we have the status in "Applications" reflect that there is an update available without having to click on the app details?

Application simply shows "Uninstall", but should show some indication that an update is available:

plex-no-save.png (9.42 KiB) Viewed 3265 times

... but if I click on it, it shows there is an "Update" available:

Thanks!

Anyone else not able to connect to Plex after the NAS has been sitting idle for a little while with this new updated PLEX?

No issues connecting here, and I haven't connected since I updated yesterday.

Did you have any issues with your Plex install BEFORE the PMS update?? Which model NAS are you using?? What version of TOS do you have installed??

I didn't have this problem before the last update. I am using a F4-421 NAS with TOS 4.2.08. I think it is acting better with the cutting out randomly after a NAS reset but now I keep getting a "plex your connection to the server is not fast enough to stream this video. check your network or try a lower quality" error whenever I try to direct play 4K videos on my fully hard wires house with 400mbs internet speed. Never had that problem before.

This may be because the video file has been damaged or the quality is high and has not been loaded successfully.
Has the database file been completely scanned?
Can you see the cover and introduction of the failed video?
Can you download the video to your computer and play it successfully?

Yes, everything is has been scanned and has covers. The file plays fine on my computer. The file even runs fine for a while on the NAS but shoots out the error after about 10 minutes. The problem is I have been able to watch this entire movie before off of my NAS and never had any problems with the playback until this latest update.
