I have (or will have Christmas) an F2-221 box with 2 10TB drives. Will also upgrade memory to either 4 or 10 GB. I want to use it with Plex and have an HDHomeRun CONNECT QUATRO connected. Is this NAS beefy enough to do do the transcoding for live TV with Plex doing all the work on the box? It will be my first Plex setup, so I still have questions. Currently, I just use Kodi clients on the TVs and SMB connection to my desktop PC for my own disc rips and home movie transfers. Would like to add the DVR functionality if it will allow time shifting OTA shows so I can skip commercials by starting 20 minutes in.
Anyone doing this or am I out of luck on this forum for info?

Google is your friend.. however.. with the reliability of these NAS's software and upgrades and also the versions of Plex being so behind I would look elsewhere to be honest...
Best thing I ever did was ebay my Terramaster...

Let’s put it into context the Plex app is a roughly 1 month out of date, it is not actually that far out of date
