With that fix, will we need to re-install the whole Docker app and existing containers, or will applying the fix be simpler.

While at it, thanks to consider the docker app-cleanup on uninstall for btrfs too.

You just need to update the docker app, that does not affect your app data and containers.

My docker app does not automatically start at NAS startup: I need every-time to manually start it.

Even if I check enable box, it will not stay after reboot.
Is it linked to earlier bug or a different one (similar to NFS not starting at boot for instance)?

I already reported to the tech department, they will look into your case, as soon as I get respond from them, I will let you know. From my point of view,this is issue easy to be resolved.
