When you moved from using Plex as a "normal" TOS application to using it inside Docker did you lose your Plex database?? I understand that all the movies, TV shows, etc. files would not be touched but were you able to retain all of the metadata for your media or were you forced to rebuild the database from scratch??
If not is anyone aware of how to retain the metadata when transferring Plex to a Docker container?

I did the Docker Plex as a clean, base, install.
It will not use the existing Plex metadata, as it is totally separate. I had to scan all the films in, and make the adjustments.
You have me wondering if it is possible to share the metatdata between two installs.
