Unable to re-create a connection to Dropbox

Version 2.4.2
I had a connection to Dropbox at one time but it was deleted. Now, each time I try to re-connect to Dropbox the following screen shows
"Cloud Sync requires for following permission". After agreeing to it, "operation failed" shows.
When I first setup a connection to Dropbox a screen asked to login to Dropbox - that screen does not appear now, what should I change so this 'login' screen' becomes active again? John

Please try to clear the browser cache and check if the TNAS is connected to the internet.

Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, my TNAS is connected to the internet and this time when I tried to create a connection I was asked to login to Dropbox but after that, operation failed resulted.

I encounter a similar issue with Google Drive.

As you can see on the screenshot, the web address is not valid. I think it is the problem !

I have activated redirections and others site permissions but it does not solve the issue.

I have already used CloudSync previous versions and it was ok

I have uninstalled (with configuration files erasing) and installed it again but the issue still occurs.
