Cloudsync doesn't sync?

Cloudsync doesn't sync?

Am I missing something?

I have just bought my F2-423, and managed to install Cloudsync (after the download stalled many, many times).

Anyway - I have set up the connection to both my OneDrive and Google Drive. These both report as successful connections. I have setup two tasks, one for the Google Drive and one for the OneDrive.

Yet neither task has transferred any files to the cloud drive folders I have setup and set in the setup wizards for the tasks.

Am I missing something? Do I need to do something else to make it work?

What version of TOS running on your TNAS?

Hi - it did eventually start working, thanks. Version 5.0.144

Hello,

I have the same problem.

TOS 5.0.144 updated to 5.0.150 -> issue still exists

Since it takes some time for the task to start running, it may be that the task has not started running. Check whether there is a task map in the overview, and try to deactivate the enabled task or re create the task. The application will be improved in the future.

Hello, I understand, and I have deactivated the task to create a new with bidirectionnal synchronisation mode, but it still does not run. The result of the task is "Sync Succeeded", but the Google Drive is still empty and the CloudSync log too. Regards, Olivier
