Nextcloud over internet, need a guide or advice

I wish to access next cloud over isp but there isn't a good guide, not to mention I'm running off AT&T Hotspot due to not having internet where I live. I see you have to have a domain name but is there a way to use the tnas Domain to access nextcloud?

Hope this makes sense.
