Setting up Nextcloud, Anyone have a video/written guide?

Im working on getting this setup. Iv ran into a few issues like i can't add new users and i can't access it over the internet. I saw the post explaining it but i do not have a lot of context, is this over SSH? What about the errors im getting? like when i try to use it over the internet in the tnas panel it tells me "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

Im using the f2-221 with TOS 4.2.30
