Nextcloud installation

I recently purchased a TerraMaster F4-210 NAS and I want to install a Nextcloud/OwnCloud or similar cloud server. I was reading the articles on this forum and other articles on the internet and some people were saying that it needs to be installed using docker aplication. I was looking for a detailed guide but I didn't find anything that will explain the process. If there is a similar guide on this forum and I missed that out please give me the link to it, or maybe someone can help me. Thank you!
