When I was researching this product I saw that MegaDisk was supported so I purchased a F2-210. Come to find out I can't use MegaDisk and am getting an "Operation Failed" when trying to make connection. I did some research and can't find any ports that require opening for Mega or any other solutions. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Hello,
The app goes directly to create connection and won't let me proceed. (please see the attachment) I know my account is created because it will not let me duplicate it again. My username and password are the same as that created with MegaDisk. Thank you for your help.

Please check the network. Have you opened other network agents? Can you go directly to https://mega.nz/start using the current network? You can try to connect several times.

Are you asking if I can open mega through my browser? Yes I can. I have no problems with Dropbox or Google Sync, I just can't enter MegaDisk.
After completing this and hit "Confirm" I get an "Operation Failed!" reply.

Hello,
You can check if your mega account refuses to connect with other devices.
Can you try to log in with another mega account or computer?
Do you need to turn on a proxy server when logging into mega in your browser? If necessary, you need to enable the proxy server in the network settings in the control panel.

I can login to Mega, Google Drive, Drop Box, and OneDrive using my browser just fine.
I can login to Google Drive, Drop Box, and OneDrive through the TOS desktop, but can't login to Mega. (see the pic below).
I don't use any kind of proxy on my browser. I have tried on Chrome, Firefox, and even Brave with no success.

I had the same issue, you have to disconnect 2 factor authentication from your account. It seems that the application does not support this yet.
