USB Backup removed my files from my NAS destination?

USB Backup removed my files from my NAS destination?

I used the mirror option since im still learning but for some reason all the data but what i was moving over from the USB drive was moved to the recycle bin. What was the reason for this? i have backups but now i got to wait for it to restore it all. What did i do wrong?

( please move this to the correct Board if its in the wrong place)

Mirror mode will overwrite the contents of the destination folder.
