Create ISCSI target option not available in my TNAS F4-220 Storage Manager

I am experiencing a problem with my new TNAS F4-220.
I need to create an ISCSI Target but I don't have this option available in my Storage Menu.
Please help

Please advise your current TOS version in return.
Please install ISCSI Target application from TOS Application center.

My current TOS version is: 4.1.30-2008051459
I installed the ISCSI Application as advised and I now have the option to create ISCSI Targets even though it still doesn't appear in the Storage Manager menu.
