It would be nice... if it installs... it gives me "package error" or something (I download the right version of course, I have an Intel processor)

Are you only having issues with the update that is provided by the Plex Team? If the update provided by outkastm works but the one provided by the Plex Team does not, you probably should be reporting your issue on the Plex forum.

I have had occasions where outkastm's package would not install but I was always able to resolve by uninstalling the old PMS package and sometimes I even had to reboot the NAS to get the package to install. I never understood why the uninstall and/or reboot was necessary but it always solved the problem whenever it was encountered.

I think the issue now is that Terramaster has not updated their server to provide the latest PMS. If you use TOS/APP Centre, Terramaster offers PMS v 1.29.0.6244 dated 22.09.30 yet if you go to direct to the Plex website they are offering v1.30.0.6486 for TOS 5.0 on public site dated 22.12.08 and v1.30.1.6497 for Plex Pass users dated 22.12.14 - Download here: https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-se ... 4_TOS5.tpk

My guess is that Terramaster is too busy patching the holes in TOS 5 to update their own APP Centre, basically Terramaster users are on their own to figure things out.

I am still waiting for answers on: TerraSync and a related client and Surveillance Manager.

In fact I only have the problem with the package provided by Plex, with those provided by outkastm I've never had any problems... but this thing is disarming. Anyway I have a version that works, I don't think I lose more than the minimum due to update, I was just curious to understand if the problem was mine or generalized. Thank you!!! :D

A thousand thanks!! Today I'll try again... I'm curious, if it still doesn't fit... patience, I have a working version that's fine, I'll keep that for a while then I'll try again (I already know that my curiosity won't leave me alone until I I solve).

I'm feeling the same way. TOS 5 has caused me nothing but problems. My Plex server now quits at least once a day. I have to go into Applications and start it again.

Now I feel very good, I haven't restarted the server for several weeks. Both TOS and Plex have no longer given problems (the recommended version of titan5 is fine). I have to admit that before getting everything to work well I had to reinstall the operating system at least twice but now I'm happy. I also cleaned out the system of a few apps that I felt were weighing it down. Now I have very few reports of slow system. Before upgrading to 5.1 when it comes out of Beta, I'll wait as long as I can to see if it works properly. But for now I'm fine with 5 (F2-221 | TOS 5.0.176-00227).
