Sonarr on F2-220

Post by Gandalf1369 »

@outkastm

I'm having a problem getting Sonarr installed using your TPK file. I downloaded both mono and Sonarr from your depository. Installed mono first followed by Sonarr. Both appeared to install correctly. I am using the latest TOS 4.2.15. Only Tautulli (installed via your TPK file) is installed (and running fine!) on the NAS. The NAS desktop language is set for English.

When I click on the icon for Sonarr I get your splash screen and it states that Sonarr is stopped and Autostart is enabled on boot. I tried clicking on the web interface links (both http and https) on the splash screen - in both instances a new browser tab opens but Sonarr will not start. I tried clicking on "Start module" under Application Control but again Sonarr will not start. I tried reinstalling again both mono and Sonarr but still no start. I tried rebooting the NAS - still no start.

Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong??

Thanks . . .

Sorry to bother you again but I'm beginning to feel kinda stupid. . .

I downloaded and installed the latest versions of Sonarr and mono as per your above instructions (I already had the latest version of ModBase installed since I am also running Tautulli). Both appeared to install without any problems. However, when I click the icon for Sonarr on the TOS desktop the splash screen for mono comes up indicating version 6.12. When I click on the icon for mono the same splash screen (version 6.12) comes up. I checked the file size of the downloaded TPK files and they do appear to be correct.

Any ideas . . .???

I've checked and should be fine, maybe remove th existing Sonarr and install back.
Try to access by another browser or clear the cache.
Try to access the app WebUI directly at http(s)://yournasip:port/modules/Sonarr/www
Also try to access the Sonarr interface directly at http://yournasip:8989

Still no joy. . . . No matter what I do I cannot get to Sonarr - only get the mono splash screen.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled. I tried to access the app WebUI directly at http(s)://yournasip:port/modules/Sonarr/www (obviously substituting my NAS IP address in the link). I tried to access the Sonarr interface directly at http://yournasip:8989 - this gets me "the page cannot be reached".

All of the above was done using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. I then fired up Firefox and tried using that browser. Again, same thing.

I really appreciate you trying to help. Right now I am at a dead end . .

Bingo!! Got Sonarr working!

Installed the updated version of ModBase1 ver 1.00.10.1.
Installed the latest version of Sonarr 3.0.6.1265.0.
Already had mono installed.

Everything now works.

Thank you VERY much for your help and time. It is very much appreciated.

Take care,
Bob
