Functionality will not be affected unless the name of your USB drive will change again, for this I don't know.
But the new firmware is a Must considering the FAN issues reported by some users on the previous version.

Will it also be possible to use it on TOS 5 or is it better to wait to update? I am using it with great satisfaction on my TOS 4

TM promise to release the app packaging environment for TOS5 next week.
By then, the app cannot be installed on TOS5

Great, so I'll wait for your update before installing the new operating system :D

Hi! I have F5-221 and couldn't run 10.8.0.0 on my NAS. No error is reporting, just plain "ok" after clicking "Application control -> Start module" and Jellyfin isn't starting. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any logs. I have a TOS version 4.2.39. Installed a newer version of ffmpeg package (4.4.0.0 vs recommended 4.3.2.0) and 1.00.11 ModBase1 package.

Just to mention, I was able to run it by calling /usr/local/Jellyfin/bin/program/jellyfin and everything works great, but the /etc/init.d/Jellyfin script also writes "ok" and jf doesn't start.

Could you help me to debug what the problem could be?

Solved it by fixing permissions on directories

For which directories and what kind of permissions you had to change? Normally shouldn't be needed.

It's not the problem of bundle. I just reinstalled TOS a few times with different initial users and some of the directories had wrong user/group and permissions because of that.
