I must say that I'm going to throw in the towel, it's so frustrating after an entire night spent in debugging and no clue

I've upgraded to TOS5 hoping to solve the SSL info I had with the previous version, I had to reinstall all the apps ofc. First, i had to resolve an issue with ModBase1 not being found n path...ok solved, ffmpeg stopped warning about that mod and seems to work now.

Certs were deployed in /Volume1/MOD_CONFIG/SSL_cert/cacert.pem (please note that in your doc the path is SSL_certs but the pem file goes into SSL_cert instead) - I see the tree is different, I guess is something new coming from TOS5?

I cleaned out old Jellyfin installations from appdata and my user directory, then installed again: it went into /Volume1/@apps/Jellyfin

after the installation, nothing goes into the Desktop. When I try to enable it from the App summary, i just get a "Operation failed" red popup. No idea on where are the logs to try to better understand what went wrong.

Do u have some ideas?

ok after a complete reinit Jellyfin is running now (I was not able to find the reason for that, but after a complete TOS reinstall it works now), but I'm facing another issue now: Jellyfin cannot dig into the shared subfolders.

Let's assume I have a "Video" shared folder, I can dig into /Volume1/Video but NOT into /Volume1/Video/Movies

This only applies when in /Volume*/ subpaths so I guess it's a permission issue

since TOS4 the paths were mounted under /mnt I guess this could be a reason...

Give media group permission for the folder you want to add in Jellyfin

Should Jellyfin (10.8.10.0) + ffmpeg51 (5.1.3.0) & ModBase1 (1.00.16)
work on an F2-423 running TOS 5.1.24-00324?

there seems to be something weird going on with my MOD_CONFIG folder ...
I have 2 of them and I don't know which one is the 'real' one

apologies, I'm a TOS newbie :)

It seems you are missing ffmpeg which is required for ffmpeg51

I also installed the ffmpeg package from the community app store but it does not work.
jellyfin don't see the ffmpeg file under the ffmpeg or ffmpeg51 path installation. Could it be a permissions issue? if i serch it to the path the file exsist

I have exactly the same problem.
If i use this path /usr/bin/ffmpeg , the error is gone but looks like i can't transcode any video's.
