Madsonic is a web-based media library and media streamer with jukebox functionality. Based on Java technology

If you have constrained bandwidth, you may set an upper limit for the bitrate of the music streams. Madsonic will then automatically resample the music to a suitable bitrate.

In addition to being a streaming media server, Madsonic works very well as a local jukebox. The intuitive web interface, as well as search and index facilities.

Enjoy your music, movies and photos no matter where you are. Share media with your family and friends.

  • Works with any network-enabled media player, such as VLC, Winamp, iTunes, XMMS and Windows Media Player. Also includes an embedded HTML5 player.
  • Tag parsing and editing of MP3, AAC, OGG, FLAC, WMA and APE files, using the Jaudiotagger library.

Ciao Out,
the application doesn't work; in the start.log i find this error:

<br />
<b>Warning</b>: fopen(/usr/local/Madsonic/config/Madsonic.log): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in <b>/Volume1/@apps/Madsonic/webui/7.php</b> on line <b>86</b><br />

Let me know if you need other informations in order to patch.
Ciao and thanks

In Madsonic or Subsonic, you need to add the folder the music is in. However, when I add "/Volume1/User/[user]/Music", Madsonic and Subsonic cannot find it.

What path should I be using?
