I developed a tool to synchronize files

Post by Alger »

I realized that the Syncthing application is compatible with the TerraMaster platform.
Syncthing is an open source and free file synchronization tool.
You can get the installation package through this link:

enjoy it.

I have recently installed Syncthing on Docker, before your announcement.

I am happy to switch to a "native" app, which is my preference in the first place.

Could you please share more information?

Which TNAS device and TOS version are you running your package on?
Would Syncthing installed through your package be user-upgradeable?

Many thanks.

Syncthing is currently only available for x86 TNAS devices.

I have done compatibility tests on TOS4.1.30 and TOS4.2.06, and I think the same applies to TOS4.2.07 (I installed TOS4.2.07 two days ago).

This is just an attempt, so users are not supported to upgrade the Syncthing version by themselves.

Thank you @Alger.

I'm keeping my Syncthing on Docker for now. I will continue to monitor the progress of your .tpk package.
