To enable hardware acceleration for Jellyfin with Intel N5095/5105(TM F2-423/F4-423), I found this video tutorial, watch it from 12".

That's achieved by running Proxmox VE on the NAS instead of TOS5.
With TOS5 is not possible to enable HW transcoding on F4-423 with the current kernel and parameters.

I have just attempted to install Jellyfin on a new installation of TOS5. No server control icon and no access. Same problem as @lincooln.

the start log reads:

While you are getting around to replying, just to note that I can make Jellyfin launch successfully in TOS5 by running command:

However, command

does absolutely nothing and this is, I suspect, the reason why Jellyfin won't start as expected under normal circumstances.

Hi Guys and girls,
I see allot of post on installing Jellyfin, but nothing on installing Jellyfin lol.
Meaning. I have all the required applications, but there is not instructions on the order of installation. I installed ModBase1, FFMPEG and Jellyfin. Are you suppose to do some configuration in Modbase1 and ffmepg before Jellyfin can be enabled. Right now when I try to enable it i get operation failed.
I have attached what I see in my overview.
