Hi there a guide with documents how to package an app?

I can see referances to an app packaging envionemnt but I can not find any documentation on how to create a 3rd party app.

Hi TMroy,

I upgraded ti TOS5 this weekend however i can not find any documentation for TOS4 or 5.

I would be very keen to read the documentation for TOS4 & 5 to get my head around the concepts and processes.

Any documetation for TOS 4 to revew from a process standpoint would be greatly appreciated :)
