Hello,
I have a F4-NAS model. I did a hard reset to factory settings (at least I think I did).
But I cannot log in as admin. I believe the password is for the admin user is - admin.
But the login page as Login failed. Wrong password.
What do I do?

Please find the model number and S/N at the bottom of the device and show us.
