Network connection error in TNAS mobile app (Android) from Internet

Post by ilian.g.bonev »

Hello,
My device is F2-210 with the last TOS 4.1.24. In my mobile device is installed TNAS mobile ver. 2.3.16
When I use mobile data to remote connect to TNAS, I received the error: “Network connection error. Please try again later.” When I use Wi-Fi in my home network to remote connect to TNAS, there is no problem.
When I use mobile data and web interface to remote connect to TNAS, there is no problem too.
My ISP is changed my cable modem with TC7200.20
I make port forwarding for: 21, 80, 8800, 8181, 9900 and 5443 for TNAS.
I use FTP from internet and it works fine.
The only problem is remote connect to TNAS with mobile app from Internet.
Have to enable another ports in the cable modem or something other have to do?

From TNAS mobile with mobile data (remote access from Internet)- its fail.
From TNAS mobile with Wi-Fi in local network - no problem (they are in the same network).
From web interface with mobile data (from internet with https://www.tnas.online/TNAS_BONEVI_BG_RUSE) - no problem
FTP from Internet - no problem.
Only TNAS mobile app from Internet has fail.

That's clear enough now.
May I know which phone model you are using and which android version running on your phone?

I remembered that before my ISP changed cable modem with TC7200.20 I used ECP3825 and there is no that problem with TNAS mobile.
The mobile app - TNAS mobile is also updated, but this was after changed cable modem. I have not tested updated mobile app with ECP3825.

Could you show us your registered TNAS ID here? And we will try to connect from our location to see whether it could be directed to the TOS Login page. It will be appreciated if you can take a screenshot of the registered TNAS ID at Remote Access on TOS webpage.

When I make a screenshot I saw that ID status is showing: Connecting. I wait 2-3 minute and there stil "Connecting". I logged out and logged in. In Remote access still status ID: Connecting. I change from Global to China server and apply. Status ID shows: Registered Successfully. Open mobile app from phone and it show me that TNAS is offline. Change again from China to Global, and apply. Status ID shows: Registered Successfully. Open again mobile app and its show me that TNAS is online (internet access and TNAS ID: TNAS_BONEVI_BG_RUSE). But again cannot connect - as in screenshot from 1st post.
