I recently tried to login to add a new directory to my TNAS backup drive and found that I was unable to login. I rebooted the TNAS, still nothing. Rebooted my PC, still nothing. Rebooted everything, including the network and still nothing.

I followed a thread and reinstalled TOS by turning my unit off, pulling the drives, turning the unit on and reinserting the drives and allowing the unit to download the TOS system again. Took around 15 minutes and it appears that everything worked just fine, but I am still unable to log into my TNAS.

I need assistance or advice please.

I reset my Password and now I enter the user name and password and the screen just resets back to a fresh TOS login screen.

Please clear the browser cache, whether the username and password are entered correctly.
