Phpmyadmin Default login password
Hello friends... New to community.. Installed phpmyadmin application to my new terramaster NAS ..But not able to login to phpmyadmin mysql.. used login : root / admin with password: password or empty.. NOT working.. Any help will be appreciated ..Thanks

Please try with username: root and password: admin to see whether it's ok.

- Same problem, user: root and Pass: admin can't login

Tried using Login id: root and password: admin
Still NOT working.
Any id pw combination giving me error :
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. tried installing PHP 7.4 and also older versions. Still same issue !

Finally figured it out.
You need to install "MariaDB" first. Which has default id: root and password: admin.
Then after installing MariaDB change default password to whatever you like OR keep it admin and then use the same credential ( id: root and password: admin or if you have changed it then changed one) for Phpmyadmin. It will work. !!
