Hello.
I had about 12 TB of video files in a folder on my NAS. Something happened and all the files in that folder are gone. The problem has not effected the files in other folders just this one. They are not in the recycle bin. Any ideas what could have happened?

Is this a encryted share folder? If so maybr you can unencrypt it at Control Panel - Share folders.
Caches from different versions affect each other and may cause display errors. Please try clearing the cache and see if the file exists?
Can you tell by capacity that they still exist?
