Hi everyone.
I have a T4-422 and upgraded to TOS 5, but didn't like it and now I downgraded back to 4. I don't have admin....I have the superuser I setup in Tos 5. As well I can't seem to get plex to run. It's installed. But it looks like my "superuser" doesn't have permissions to the plex folder to make any changes. ssh into the Nas with root privileges and still can't get the damn thing to start.
Any ideas on what I should next?

You can go to the User Groups section of the Control Panel to set the permissions of the media group shared folders.
