Volume disappeared and files gone

I have a Terramaster F4-220 with 4x 6TB Hard drives in 2 storage pools (RAID 1): HD 1+2 and HD 3+4.

The power cut to the device shortly after it was turned on, and when I turned it on after this Volume 2 no longer appears, and the storage pool for it says 0GB used (previously around 4TB used)
The hard drives are down as being healthy
When I look in the folder “public” where the files were previously accessible the files aren’t there and there is only a file “nginx.conf” which wasn’t there before.
Im fairly confused as to what is going on, especially as the hard drives are down as healthy and would appreciate any advice on what to do!

The volume2 was not mounted successfully, you can try to restart the device.
If it still exist, please contact our tect team to help you.
