Hello,
Purchased my first NAS in hopes of creating a personal cloud and to have backups of my external HD's.
I have the F4-422 setup the problem for me exists when I use copy/paste large volumes onto the NAS. I have attached my external HD I wish to backup using the USB 3.0 ports on the back of the NAS. TOS recognizes it and I am able to copy the whole drive. Under 'File Task' it shows my progress bar, I am at 99% and now the bar shows 'Failed.' This has happened on two drives.
Any ideas on the issue and the how to resolve?

please make sure your drives are healthy and divide your copy into several tasks.

Hi thank you for the reply.
Do you mean the Drives of the External HD or the NAS Drives?
And to clarify, when you mean divide copy into several tasks is it best to do it one at a time to break up the task?
