unable to create rsync Backup task

I try to create a rsync backup task to a synology, but the test is always failing. It shows a short red notice similar "operation failed, check server.."
I checked credentials several times.

Only Task to itself are accepted

On a commandline the rsync job works as expected

rsync -zvrae "ssh -p 22" /Volume2/progs synology@192.168.101.16::NetBackup/

it looks similar to the unsolved task in viewtopic.php?t=3870

Any suggestions?

You can put the command in a cronjob and schedule it to run whenever you want

Yes, a cron or scheduled task will be the alternative. But I was hoping, at least this kind of basic software in TOS should work well, not talking about my other issues.
