F4-210 problem

Senior citizen please be patient.
Unit show all 4 drive lights green immediately on when powered up. this happens whether or not drives are fitted. cannot access unit via TOS desktop also unit in not shown/recognised in windows 10. Any help appreciated.

Is your TNAS device newly purchased? if you met such issues during initialization and installation? if yes, please follow instruction:

Hi, did you update your TOS before this happen? It seems that your device has been bricked after TOS upgrade.
Please reboot your TNAS and keep it connected to the internet and wait for about half an hour to check whether there is any difference about the LED indicator.
Please contact us at support(a)terra-master.com and send us your serial number and Amazon order number if nothing changed. We will check whether a replacement is available.
