I having some issues too.

Bonjour, FTP and AFP are sometimes starting up after reboot. This issue appears not everytime but somehow randomly.
AFP and Bonjour are not that important - But FTP is pretty risky!

Looking forward to a patch to fix this,

I got another bug to report!

After reboot i saw that hidden folder (public and appdata) are visible again and i have to hide them via TOS in the shared folder configuration again.

I'm having a few issues with this update as well

Hardware: F4-210
OS: 4.1.28-2007031922

First issue: With nothing more running than I did with the old version the system is idling at 95% memory used when before it was usually less than 50%. It's been days since updating (I waited to see if it would settle down after updating) but it's still ~95%

Second Issue: Telnet FTP revert to on and ssh reverts to off after rebooting. I can't even understand why anyone would even want a service as unsafe as telnet but they should *not* default to on, nor should the system revert them back to on after being turned off.

I hate to say this but I've had the NAS for a few months now and the buyers remorse is growing, making me wish I spent a little more to get a better known and supported NAS.

Hi All,

Just a note, I upgraded to 4.27 last week and noticed file transfer via SMB was much slower. It implied this had been resolved. There is nothing about this being fixed in 4.28 and looking at the forum, I am not sure if it is worth upgrading to 4.28?

I saw it. Beyond annoying that it's a known issue for two point releases.

Hello,

After updating F4-420 to TOS 4.1.28, PLEX server cannot be started.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Thank you.
