Have you checked share permissions? I recall having a similar issue.
Also can you see the shares via SMB: or AFP: ?

Re: TOS 5.0.135 (x.86) is Released for Update
There aren't anymore shared folders in the control panel. You cannot see anything via smb or other protocols.
Data is still on the disk, but it seems like TOS is showing another partition.
Connecting one disk to Win11 using a SATA2USB adapter and mounting it on the WSL2 is the only way I found (I don't have a Linux pc and EXT4 is not usable in windows without using the WSL).

Re: TOS 5.0.135 (x.86) is Released for Update
Strange Problem with updates on my F4-421.
If i reinitialize my NAS following method 2 in the description, all is ok and my NAS looks like this https://ibb.co/ZdBbRz7
Volume is shown normal.
So, now i made the update to TOS 5.0.135 or any other TOS Version and i see that https://ibb.co/2KGN1hk
No Volume available.
And also all Folder where gone https://ibb.co/nwb12Gt
Strange, I can't do an update because otherwise I always have to do a new initialization.
Thats my Storages in Raid 0 https://ibb.co/wQhhbkx
Any ideas??

Re: TOS 5.0.135 (x.86) is Released for Update
So, I have done a factory reset. Manually reinstalled version 5.0.125 then updated it manually to 5.0.130.
Everything is back on his place!
In Control Panel there aren't no volumes or storage pools. But everything works.
If I can remeber correctly, this happend with the first upgrade to version 5.0.x
Could it be the source of the issues with the 5.0.135 version?

Re: TOS 5.0.135 (x.86) is Released for Update
Tried zimo85 suggestion, factory reset and reinstall again, but still no change
5.0.125 & 5.0.135 same outcome
Raid ok
Volume showing corrupted still
No shares
Nothing to browse locally or remotely
Funny how everything this update was reported to fix is what is actually fubar'd

df - not showing volume mounted
I contacted Tech Team yesterday and they have just responded with this:
‘Hello,
Thanks for contacting TerraMaster!
Sorry for such a problem. After observation, it was found that some disks or
RAIDs used from earlier versions of TOS3 or TOS4 will appear in TOS5.0.135.
It is recommended that you:
a. Wait for our next update.
b. Or reinstall the last available version, wait until the next version that
fixes this problem is released, and then skip 5.0.135 and update directly to
a higher version.
Best regards,
TerraMaster Support Team’
Looks like they understand the issue, so now wait for an update………

NO COMMENT ... same problem.
Every release has a lot of problem. I don't know why!
My Volume2 is missing ... 8TB of data, document, manual and project lost?
TerraMaster test their OS?
So, do we have to wait for a new fix release? Again?
