Have you change the permission from folder for plex?
for jellyfin i must also change the permission. To do this I had to change the user group and not the user.

Go to Control Panel/User Group and make sure that the group called System Media Group has Read/Write permissions and Plex will work. (I had the same issue).

Hi ! I just got my F5-221 and got 5.0 installed. And then I just realised the Android app is not working. I read that a couple of months ago, the beta iOS app is out and Android will be available soon.

I can't find any links for these 2 apps. I saw the PC and MacOS ones but I don't really need those.
Thanks.

On android I tend to use Foldersync which auto backup folders to the NAS. and File Explorer , both work brilliantly with TOS5.0

Hi!!
I don't have media group, (don't know why). I only have admin and allusers.
I try to reinstall Plex, but nothing.

If your system was updated from an earlier beta version, it is recommended that you reinstall the latest TOS 5.

Hi, I have tried several times to create an SSD cache, and every time the cache creation fails with 5.0.130. Any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue? Is it possible to create a cache using the command line?
