Regarding the prompt "the website is not available", "192.168.1.90 rejected the connection" when you access TOS, can you post a screenshot?

Did you search again your tnas with the TNAS PC for windows or for mac? is the IP address shown correct? Please make sure that your IP address is correct.

In my case the IP Adress is correct 192.168.1.90. The access with SMB works fine, but no interface in Chrome, or another browser.

From your screenshot we may know one or more system files were lost or corrupt during your update. But at this moment, we do not know what causes this issue, we need to look deeper into this issue. But one more question, what was the first TOS 5.0 version you installed? did you ever install a beta version?
Now, to recover the corrupt system file, you may need to reinstall the 5.0.125, then try again to update to 5.0.128.
You can download the 5.0.125 from here.
And follow this instruction method 2 to reinstall the TOS. We apologize for the issue happening now. After the reinstallation, you do not need to reinstall your app, you can re-enable them from app store.
