How many hard drives are used? What is the current raid mode? If you want to delete the storage pool, you need to delete the volumes on the storage pool first. You can see the hard drives that have been recognized by the TOS system in Storage Manager > Hard Drive.

gives me 2 options
create a volume on existing storage pool
create a volume new storage pool.
the second one is grey out. un able to choose.
its lock me into raid 6.
update
idk how but it would show a raid 6 volume even. when no volume was there.
i delete that one to.
now it gives me a choice of options..
i really dont know wth happen with the os update.
Do volumes and storage pools exist in the TOS system?
If they exist, select the volume and click 'Delete', then select the storage pool and click 'Delete'.
After deleting, you can click "Create" in the storage pool and select the hard disk to create an array.
If it still doesn't work, you can take screenshots or record a video to us to help you troubleshoot the issue.
