Installed last version and still having issue of logging through the web, my SIMPLE name and password doesn't work after a reboot of TNAS. It is really boring as I cannot test the TOS 5.
It works through AFP, SSH, SMB with the same password so please try to fix this up before the rest, it is really annoying.
I might have installed over 20 times TOS, used different passwords each time.
regards

Make sure you dont use any special characters, for some reason TOS5.0 can't handle those in a password).
I get similar, though I can usually log in for a few days before I lose access, (But can still access via SMB/AFP).

Is it possible for the beta version to synchronize the Linux system to all hard drives? If I set up the system on my SSD and install everything under /opt via entware, then remove the SSD and connect it via internal USB, then the system has the same point of view as when it was removed. Once the SSD is attached to the internal port, nothing is saved. Any changes will not be saved.
Either everything was synchronized internally and nothing is saved anymore, or the internal connection only has a kind of read-only mode where nothing is saved anymore.
Furthermore, the mount point is very strange. Everything is mounted under /Volume1,2,3 etc. and no longer under /mnt/md0,1,2 and as soon as a new disk is mounted, the volume points change again. What was /Volume1 before may now be /Volume2. That's solved very strange.

After another issue (Bug report submitted) I have decided to revert back to TOS 4.
I am spending far too much time reinstalling TOS5.0 due to various issues. I will try it again when it is in Release Candidate.

@ charlie
I do not use any special character, simple letters.
The issue is it works on afp, smb, but no more on http every time.
I can access my terra master through these, but cannot test the system through http.

I have a F420 on Mac OS 12.4
Can't access through windows, iPad, iPhone.

Will wait for a final release tired of installing the system

TNAS PC (Mac version TOS5.0)

I have reported (via email) a bug report stating that TNAS PC doesn't work with MacOS Monterey 12.5 onwards. Can you please let us know when a working version will be supplied?

Also will we ever get working versions of the app for Android and iOS?
