The update package does not need to be unzipped.

I know, I'm not unzipped it. It's the process that does it. It's just to tell you when it blocks :

Re: TOS 4.2.06 is released for update!
Can you explain what this actually means?
3. Canceled the feature of uploading documents to TOS desktop;?
I have seen the odd oversize effects that some are getting on one of the previous beta versions, i have been running the 4.1.30 version which works reasonably well aside from not restarting after a power cut, a friend has been running the beta 4.2.02 for some time without problems so far and i am reluctant to change as it usually brings problems with it

Re: TOS4.2.06 is released for update!
Ok the issue from my last post only occurred when I access the system from https port. The http port does not give this issue, however it just hangs on "unzipping the software package" and never completes, then the page eventually reloads and system is still on 4.2.05 (when applying update through http port, not https).sports_wook wrote: ↑10 Nov 2020, 12:46Nevermind just noticed this in the release notes - "this update is only suitable for TOS 4.1.27 or above".sports_wook wrote: ↑10 Nov 2020, 12:11 F2-220 on 4.2.05 - getting error "Update package is not correct!!!". And yes, I am using the x86 version, not ARM (which my system does not support).
So how do I update from 4.2.05? Seems like there are bug fixes in this version that patch issues I'm experiencing on 4.2.05, but I can't update with this file.

I can see in ssh the decompression work that the NAS is doing but it stops after a few seconds :
