You can first try to clear the browser cache and then log in, change the browser to log in, or use another computer to log in.

Through the SATA cable connection, using DiskGenius to click to restore the file seems to only be able to read the file.
You need to transfer files through SMB mapping TNAS, format the hard drive after backing up the data, and then reinstall the system.
