Hello all,
I have just purchased a TerraMaster F5-221 and am having issues setting it up.
I have 4 x 4tb drives set up as:
On the Volume page
Volume#1 Good 3.2 TB /3.64 TB
Storage pool #1 Raid 1
Volume #2 Good 16.28 MB /3.64 TB
Storage pool#2 Raid 1
On the storage pool page
Storage pool #1 Good 3.64 TB / 3.64 TB
Raid 1
Storage pool #2 Good 3.64 TB / 3.64 TB
Raid 1
The problem is that I can only map one of the Raid arrays so I am only getting 4 TB total instead of the 2 x 4TB drives.
I have tried but I cant get it to work, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
TerraMaster F5-221 2 x 4tb Raid1

Sorted I didnt create a shared folder on the other volume, all good now:)
Re: TerraMaster F5-221 2 x 4tb Raid1
Yes, new shared folder should be created on volume 2/3 first before you can use the related hard drive.

Re: TerraMaster F5-221 2 x 4tb Raid1
Hello support,
So it has been fine for a while but this morning after booting the NAS up it was showing as Volume#1 as blank,
I managed to get it back and it is now showing the data.
I can access the drive via file manager but its not showing up as a shared folder in control panel.
I have tried to restore the volume but that hasn't helped.
If i try to create the volume with the same name (admin) it says the volume already exists.
The volume is also not showing up in the permissions settings.
I am a very concerned as this is a new item and I cant afford to loose any data.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

The admin folder is the user folder and will not be listed under "Shared folders", you can access it from here as the picture shows.
