My new f4-210 will arrive tomorrow, I'm going to use a raid 5 setup with 4x3tb we red drives, my questions is in the future can I upgrade the drives capacities without removing and then restoring the data ? If so how can it be done ?

Yes, you can.
You can online expand your raid capacity by replacing bigger size drive. Go to TOS > control panel > storage manager > storage pool > edit.
