Because i had a problem with a HDD and had to remove it because i couldn't accesses it in the NAS it was configured as a single disk and contained about 500 movies,
Now i have it in a HDD caddy and i am interrogating it with recovery software and most of the recovered files are ones that should have only been on the RAID array that consists of two HDDs in bays one and two....why on earth should i be seeing this??
Here is an odd one!!
Re: Here is an odd one!!

No thats the point it was installed as a single disk so should not have any RAID files on it.
