Disk reset after restart

Post by ekong »

Hi, My NAS is f4-210.
I have 2 disks are using now, one is 5 TB with all applications and the other is 8 TB with files.
But this morning, after the NAS restarted, the 5TB disk is all reset to a blank one.

NAS can detect the disk but consider it as a new drive.
Also, the TOS works fine with the files in the 8TB drive but I could not find any installed applications.
in Application center, it is all empty and nothing is shown.

How can I fix this?

The primary volume may not have been mounted successfully. Please provide screenshots of the storage pool and volume.

It seems that the array of another hard disk has not been automatically formed. You can try to reinsert the hard disk and restart TNAS.
If the result is the same, you can contact our technical support team.
