Delete file but doesn't release space in TOS5
I Have move 2TB of files from the Main HD (Raid5) to a external USB drive and it did not release the HD space. I Have the SnapShot at desable and all snapshot is been deleted. Also the Recycle bin as been disable since the begining. HELP i dont know what to do. Also i'm new to NAS since i run it about a year. It a F4-422 with 4 HD 8TB in Raid 5. TOS5 version 5.0.176-00227

Please go to Control Panel - Volume, click "More" - "Usage Details" to check the volume usage details.

Good afternoon.
Same issue. Deleted a backup folder taking around 25% of the volume capacity and it continues showing 96% of used spaced instad of +/- 70%.

Please try emptying the Recycle Bin and refresh your browser and then go to Control Panel - Storage Management - Volumes to see the details of the volume.

The 2TB of space as release after a wild (like 1 week) and now all ok. But Why?
and when i check the volume, it gave me 2 TB of Other. But once it cleared, it show now 33 Gb.
