Are you saying that your tech or software staff cannot replicate what is happening on my F5-221.
BTW the "Corrupted Volume" is happening on Bay 2 to Bay 5 and if you have more than 2 drives installed e.g.
Bay 1 = drive OK, Bay 2 = drive OK, Bay 3 = drive Volume Corrupted
move drive in Bay 2 to Bay 3 or Bay 4 or Bay 5
any drive that is placed in an empty bay then gets Volume Corrupted
All drives in all bays work perfectly under TOS 4.2.39

Did you set any RAID configuration for these 5 drives? or 5 drives just keep single and every drive has its own volume?
