RAID #1 has Exception

Post by titan5 »

Updated software on NAS F5-221 yesterday, this morning I get RAID #1 Exception Alarm.
Check RAID 1 status and see that Drive #3 shows incorrect model (shows ATA) Capacity K and Status Not Supported (see img)
Seagate IronWolf NAS Drive with IHM (showing IHM No)

Can I repair this drive or do I have to replace it?

Your system is failed to detect your drive, it could be something wrong with your drive. You can restart your tnas and check if the drive can come back. or you can exchange the drive slot with another drive, if all your try fails to allow your drive to come back, then you need to replace a new drive.
