I have now loaded the new 4.2.07 release. It appears that the All Users group by default has read/write access to the drive. You can't manage it(disabled)....and you really should be able to....but having the access without management is an improvement of not having access at all.
You can see via the attached image that the All Users group (which includes guest) does now have ability to manage content on the USB drive. I have verified that I can get to it from all my machines even though there is not a defined user. This is a great first step.
Are the plans to allow Admin to manage the All Users access if so desired?

I was wrong... this is still an issue... the Guest user is in the All Users group. The All Users group has read/write access to the USB Drive. However, the Guest user itself has the Deny permission set for the USB Drive.
